Trip Support doesn't seek immediate payments

Toronto-based Trip Support proudly notes that it doesn’t automatically ask people to cough up the second they commit to heading off on holiday.

The firm says it has a “travel affordable for all” philosophy that gives people leeway when it comes time to paying for their travel, something championed by owner Victor Farjami.

“His ‘Book Now Pay Later’ program has given a lot of people the opportunity to plan their travel without worrying about financial burden,” says Shefani Nair, whose company offers flights, tours, hotels, and vacation packages. “We offer a unique travel financing service program that makes payments easy for everyone, where payments can be made in easy instalments. Uniquely, we offer this approach without the need for credit checks and extra boring, time-consuming documentation.

“Our Book Now Pay Later — With no Credit Check’ has given people the freedom and flexibility to plan the much-needed break with their families and friends.”

Trip Support was established in 2014 in Toronto, and in 2019 began working with American travellers by establishing a branch in Newport Beach, California.

Nair concedes last year was “extremely challenging” for the travel and tourism industry but adds tourism is restarting and Trip Support has seen a surge in bookings for vacation packages.

“However, there are some restrictions and the fear of ever-changing Covid norms always lingers,” Nair continues. “We have seen when senior citizens are booking a vacation packages and people traveling with their grandparents and parents are far more worried about safety as compared to solo or adventure travelers or couples who are less worried about themselves, but are worried about getting the infection back home to their families. At Trip Support, we are working closely with our suppliers and airlines to make sure we provide our customers with safe travel plans and are also educating our customers about the travel restrictions during the time of booking.”

Much of Trip Support’s business revolves around all-inclusive holidays, a form of vacation that Nair says “take the hassle away of booking a vacation package. The all-inclusive packages include flights, meals, hotel stay, and in some cases even activities. If you have a destination in mind, we can help you plan your all-inclusive trip. All you have to do is give us a call.”

Meanwhile, Nair says more is in the works for Trip Support clients.

“We have recently added ‘Things to do,’ where people can book day tours, car rentals, and activities,” Nair reports. “We are planning on adding cruises as well, thus making Trip Support a one-stop-shop for all your travel needs.”

Nair says opening the California office didn’t mark the end of company growth, and notes that it has customer support staff stationed in different parts of the. world, working in different time zones, providing 24-hour service to customers.

The company now provides service in English, French and Farsi and plans to add other languages as well.
