Introducing Unity by Hard Rock, a new loyalty program

A star studded cast of musicians and sports stars has come together to kick off Unity by Hard Rock, a one-of-a-kind loyalty program by Hard Rock International that rewards members across Hard Rock’s portfolio of more than 200 locations.
Hard Rock’s omnichannel marketing campaign features global soccer and cultural icon Lionel Messi; singer/songwriter Noah Kahan; artist and producer John Legend; and Grammy award-winning global superstar Shakira.
“We introduced Unity by Hard Rock to reward our dedicated members with exclusive access to offers, promotions and rewards for doing what they love at our properties, whether it’s listening to live music, exploring a new city, lounging at a tropical resort, betting big at the casino, or dining on delicious food & drinks,” Keith Sheldon, President of Entertainment & Brand Management at Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming, told Travel Courier.
To celebrate the launch of the new loyalty program, Kahan recorded an exclusive cover of the The Beatles’ classic song, “Come Together,” for the project.
“We intentionally partnered with our brand ambassador Leo Messi, the world’s greatest soccer player, to star in “Come Together”, alongside celebrated musicians from all different backgrounds and genres — Noah Kahan, Shakira and John Legend — to demonstrate how the music our guests experience at Hard Rock properties cover all music tastes and cultures,” he added. “This also played into the diverse geographic locations where we shot the campaign – across city, beachfront, and resort locations – to spotlight even more of the Hard Rock offerings including hotels, casinos, cafes, and entertainment venues.”
Unity by Hard Rock offers an array of benefits and services at participating Hard Rock locations where members can earn and redeem Unity Points toward free nights, dining experiences, great merchandise and more. Members can also gain exclusive access to offers, promotions and rewards.
As for travel advisors, he suggests they encourage clients to sign up for Unity by Hard Rock.
“It’s a loyalty program designed to reward members for doing what they love,” Sheldon noted. “Unity members can earn and redeem points at more than 200 Hard Rock locations around the world. It’s free to join and members can enjoy benefits when they dine, stay or play with us.”
Hard Rock is also giving Unity members the chance to win once-in-a-lifetime travel and entertainment experiences through Come Together Experiences, an international sweepstakes series.
