HILTON PLAYA DEL CARMEN DEBUTS NEW CAFÉ

The adults-only, all-inclusive Hilton Playa Del Carmen has completed renovations of its Café Aromas, offering guests a European-style tradition with coffee drinks, high tea, fresh breakfast pastries, or evening desserts, grilled veggies and meats.

The café features new furnishings and finishes with raw wooden tables, leather upholstered chairs, intricate crown moUlding designs and a corner sitting area facing the outdoor balcony overlooking the resort, which is located steps from the famed Fifth Avenue.

There are now two different coffee outlets on property. As part of a larger renovation, all of the rooms and restaurants are being updated. Renovations are happening in sections for minimal disturbance to the guest experience.

HARD ROCK OPENS CABO PROPERTY

Hard Rock International has a new-build all-inclusive property in Cabo San Lucas.

Perched at the southern tip of Mexico’s 1,000-mile-long Baja Peninsula, Hard Rock celebrated the opening of the brand’s fifth all-inclusive resort in late October in the idyllic destination with a VIP-studded grand opening celebration – featuring a celebrity guitar smash, and an exclusive concert from Enrique Iglesias, in addition to multiple live artist performances and celebrity appearances.

Catering to both families and adults-only, the hotel boasts 639 rooms and 60,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

Guests can dine on cuisine from all around the world. For Chinese and Japanese dishes, Zen is a go-to, where diners watch the chefs perform, while creating meals at teppanyaki tables or the sushi bar. Pasta dishes are found at Ciao, while those craving a taste of Brazil can go to Ipanema. There are five other restaurants and 24/7 room service.

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos has eight pool bars and three lounges – Sunlight Bar & Lounge, Moonlight Bar, and Moonlight Lounge. Family-friendly action can also be found at the on-site bowling alley, or visitors can tee it up at nearby golf courses.

Guests are able to get “glammed up” for a night out at POSH Beauty Salon & Boutique. After, guests can spend their night out at the property’s See
the Show Theater or indulge in the resort’s Limitless All-Inclusive offering, which includes Rock Spa treatments and packages, tours, special dinners, and more.
