The Canadian BDM for Mexico’s Oasis Hotels & Resorts reports that a one-time Oasis resort that has been operated by Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection for the past several years has returned to the Oasis fold.
Oasis — which has built a presence on Mexico’s Caribbean coast — says that it has regained a Akumal-Tulum area property, which had been leased to Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection for the past three years and operated as the Sunscape Akumal.
“Now back with us, we have the hotel split into two sections — The Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera and the higher-end Sens Tulum Riviera, both located within the same resort complex,” Bassett stated.
“The Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera and The Sens Tulum Riviera are sister hotels located beside each other in the same resort complex, sharing many facilities,” Bassett continued of the vacation retreat found both 20 minutes from the Tulum archeological site and 20 minutes from the town of Tulum as well. “These gorgeous beachfront hotels are for those clients seeking tranquil, more natural surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, a 1-to 1.5-hour transfer from the Cancun airport.
“To re-introduce these two hotels, Oasis Hotels has given great discounted rates to the Canadian tour operators who have translated our great prices into amazing package rates for the consumers.
“As well, we have our Bonus Cash Program for travel agents to earn cash US$50 US$75 per booking. Simply register yourself on www.oasisconnect.ca, our travel agent portal. Once logged in, click on the Bonus Cash tab — fill out the Tour Operator booking information on the form and submit before your client’s travel and we will send a cheque within three months after client’s return.”
Travel agent rates can also be found on oasisconnect.ca. “Bring your family and friends as the travel agent rates are valid for two rooms,” Bassett advised.
The all-inclusive Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera, nestled on pristine beachfront, is showcasing its latest enhancements and is “embracing all visitors — including families, couples, groups of friends, and the LGBTQIA+ community — this haven invites everyone to experience the authentic, vibrant spirit of Mexico without stretching their budgets,” Oasis adds.
“Blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings, Grand Oasis Tulum Riviera has been thoughtfully redesigned to provide an experience drenched in authenticity and warmth that echoes the soul of the Riviera Maya.”
The resort has six restaurants that cater to varied palates, while watersports options include snorkelling, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
Scuba diving is available at an additional cost. Just offshore is the Great Maya Reef, where sea turtles might be spotted in the nearby seagrass. The Kin Ha Wellness Spa offers ancient and modern techniques, while four serene pools provide a refreshing respite.
