CELEBRATE WITH GOWAY FOR CHANCES TO WIN GOLD
Reaching a milestone 50 years in the industry, Goway Travel is sharing the celebration with valued agent partners.
Agents have a chance to win one of 14 one-ounce commemorative gold bars, or one of 50 fam spots bound for Sydney, Australia.
The giveaways are Goway’s way of saying thanks to the agents who have supported them over the 50 years in travel.
“Reaching this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without you, and we want the occasion to be as exciting for our agents and travellers as it is for us,” says John Feenaghty, chief operations officer for Goway Travel.
To enter the draw for one of Goway’s Golden Ticket commemorative gold bars, simply make a booking to any of Goway’s destinations in any of its divisions by March 31. Bookings will automatically be placed in the draw. In addition, all group bookings deposited by Oct. 31 will go into the draw.
But, the giveaways don’t end there. Fifty lucky agents will receive a spot on Goway’s “Golden FAM.” This will include all of Goway’s Passport to a FREE FAM winning agents who will meet up in Sydney compliments of Goway, via four different routes. Their journey might take them via Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, or the Great Barrier Reef, culminating at Goway’s 50th birthday bash in Sydney.
These incentives join Goway’s 50th Anniversary Golden Sale, on now, and the company’s upcoming 50 Trip anniversary giveaway, beginning April 1.
ACV UNVEILS ENHANCED AGENT LOYALTY PROGRAM
Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has introduced significant updates to its ACV&Me Loyalty Program, giving travel agents even more choices for 2020.
After a complete makeover, the agent loyalty program now allows the agents to earn more points faster, take advantage of a wider variety of redemption options, and instantly redeem in just a few clicks.
What’s new? Agents can now earn more points on more products when booking with Air Canada Vacations – 500 points on cruise and flight packages, seven nights or more; 500 points on sun packages, seven nights or more; 300 points per passenger for group bookings; 200 points on land only, three to seven nights; 200 points on cruise only, three to seven nights.
The enhanced program allows agents to earn more points faster, and instantly redeem for a wider variety of options – $50, $100 instant shopping and dining gift cards from 28 Canadian retailers; Travel the world. Redeem for travel vouchers – receive a $75 travel voucher instead of $50 when redeeming the same 5,000 points; Aeroplan Miles – redeem 5,500 points for 2,500 Aeroplan Miles; Cash in your pocket – redeem a Visa gift card of a minimum of $100 with 12,000 points or reload your card for a minimum of $100 with 11,600 points.
