Located on the private Magashi Peninsula within Akagera National Park in Rwanda, Wilderness Magashi Peninsula is an exclusive eight-bed camp consisting of one villa and two twin suites, all with their own private plunge pools, and views over Lake Rwanyakazinga and the Mutumba Mountains. The remarkable property is set to open in Sept. of this year. 

The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort, Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh

Set within the Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort allows guests to track the Royal Bengal tiger on private safaris while enjoying luxurious accommodations inspired by royal caravans, including 21 tents with private gardens and decks, and two villas with private pools. 

andBeyond Suyian Lodge

An intimate safari escape that mimics the ancient natural rock formations of Kenya’s northern region, andBeyond Suyian Lodge is set to open in July. The lodge is located within the 44,000-acre Suyian Conservancy and features luxurious tented camps, sky beds and mobile camping options.

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton will be the first all-inclusive property in the Dominican Republic under the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Located 90 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, the brand-new 500-room beachfront resort will feature over 11 dining and bar venues, swim-up bars, a kids and teens club, a rooftop pool, and a pool complex complete with a water park. 

UNICO 20°105° Hotel Puerto Vallarta

Set to open in the fall, UNICO 20°105° Puerto Vallarta is the next property in AIC Hotel Group’s newly announced UNICO Hotel Collection, which debuted with UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya. Located between Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains, the boutique hotel will feature 141 rooms. A key focal point will be the rooftop pool, offering sweeping views of Banderas Bay. Also in the works is UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay, set to open in Jamaica.

W Punta Cana 

The W All-Inclusive Punta Cana in Uvero Alto is an adults-only all-inclusive luxury property in the Dominican Republic. W Punta Cana is anticipated to feature 349 guest rooms with balconies and plunge pools, as well as several suites. The hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of this year. 

Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa

Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa is set to debut in the first quarter of the year with 355 suites. The resort will have nine restaurants and six bars.

Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore and Iberostar Waves Miami Beach

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has debuted two new hotels in Miami: Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore and Iberostar Waves Miami Beach, both located in South Beach. Iberostar Waves Berkeley Shore, which started to operate under the Iberostar Waves segment in December, is located in a 1940s building that retains its iconic Art Deco architecture. The property offers 96 rooms, a heated pool, a rooftop solarium with sea views, and a specialty restaurant. Meanwhile, Iberostar Waves Miami Beach has become an Iberostar Waves in January 2025 and it features 82 rooms. This hotel is ideal for both families and business travelers, thanks to its meeting room and proximity to the Miami Convention Centre. Both hotels incorporate energy efficiency improvements and sustainable practices in line with the chain’s sustainability goals.

Ritz-Carlton Bangkok

The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok is officially open, set in an alluring 216-meter-high tower at One Bangkok. The property features two swimming pools overlooking the skyline and the serene lawns and lakes of Lumpini Park.

The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Lombok

The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Lombok is now open in Indonesia. The resort features 46 suites and 14 pool villas, showcasing modern luxury with a sophisticated blend of contemporary interiors. For a truly unique stay, the palatial 1,400 square metre Beach House is a spectacular villa with three bedrooms, that opens to a private, blue-tiled plunge pool, with direct beach access. For the ultimate retreat, The Sira’s crowning jewel is the Presidential Suite, is a two-story sanctuary with a full-sized rooftop infinity pool and three bedrooms, set in 1,000 sqm of living space.

Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is set to become the first ultra luxury resort in Peninsula Papagayo. The property is home to 107 rooms or suites, and three luxury treetop tents. For clients looking for some pampering, can head to Nimbu Spa and Wellness once it opens in March. Named after the Chorotega word for water, Nimbu is home to Latin America’s largest hydrotherapy pool.

The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh

Set atop the Maniyagarh Hills, The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace is a 350-year-old restored royal residence with views across 70 acres of hillside and a rain-fed lake. The palace features 66 accommodations that blend Bundelkhand heritage with British colonial design and features an infinity pool, lakeside dining, and a spa accessible by boat. The property is near Panna National Park & Tiger Reserve and close to the UNESCO-recognized Khajuraho temples.
