Cycle of Life Adventures has combined its “Colorful Colorado Bike Tours” to create a four-week long “Epic Colorado” cycling expedition in June.
The 26-day jaunt across The Centennial State covers 1,258 miles and includes an elevation gain of 89,502 feet. The tour features Crested Butte, Durango, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Grand Mesa, the wine country of Palisade, Colorado National Monument, a dozen of Colorado’s highest mountain passes, and more.
The guides have 45 years of experience biking these Colorado routes. In addition to cycling, there are three rest days built in so guests can enjoy such activities as fly fishing, kayaking, rafting, hiking, golf and spa experiences.
“Colorado was our back yard for 40 years, so we know every mountain pass and back road,” said Cycle of Life Adventures owner Elli Sias. “The epic scenery and natural beauty still astound us on every turn. There’s nothing in America quite as beautiful.”
The 2020 tour is slated for June 4-30. The cost is $2,445 – $3,095 per week or $9,100 for the entire tour. For more information, visit https://cycleoflifeadventures.com/epic-colorado.
