Spread across twelve acres, the fully restored and enhanced property includes six heritage and five new buildings.

Accommodations include 200 guest rooms and suites, most with balconies or terraces with ocean or lush garden views.

A highlight is the lavish Sultan’s Riad, spread over two floors within a restored 18th century heritage building with a private infinity-style pool, encompassing close to 1,000 square metres of beautifully appointed rooms accommodating parties of up to six adults and three children in luxurious style.

The new build, slated for completion in 2025, will include 164 rooms, live outdoor music venues, a world-class spa, and branded dining concepts, including LandShark Brewery, JWB Steakhouse, The Beach House, and 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, the newest addition to the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, is now open. The newly remodelled 1,059-room family-friendly resort expands the Inclusive Collection’s portfolio in the Dominican Republic to 15 resorts and marks the opening of the second Sunscape Resort & Spa branded property in the country.

Located along the pristine Bavaro Beach in the colourful town of Cabeza de Toro, Sunscape Coco Punta Cana features a fun and contemporary design. Along with a furnished balcony or terrace, most rooms afford full or partial views of the ocean.

For those traveling with larger families, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites offer spacious accommodations, including connecting rooms and amenities tailored for children. Each guestroom is designed with comfort in mind and offer conveniences such as a coffeemaker, toiletries, in-room mini-bar, and more.
