NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort

NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort is set to open its doors on Sept. 1, marking the first NH Hotels & Resorts branded property in the Indian Ocean.

Located in South Ari Atoll, approximately 25 minutes by seaplane from the capital Malé, NH Maldives Kuda Rah will offer marine enthusiasts unparalleled access to diving and snorkelling sites with marine life like blue-striped snappers, turtles, napoleons and even the occasional white tip or grey reef shark.

NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort is an intimate hideaway, with just 51 modern deluxe suites and villas, each boasting an inner courtyard or beach-facing pool, and generously sized between 968 to 2,486 square feet.

Glow, the chic bar and lounge overlooking the resort’s central infinity pool, ensures thirst-quenching beverages and delectable snacks are never far away. At Malaa, an open-air show kitchen, guests can explore seafood-driven Maldivian cuisine through cooking classes accompanied by captivating music performances. For the ultimate indulgence, in-villa or bespoke beachside dining experiences can be arranged on request.

At the spa, the treatment menu is a holistic fusion of serenity and energy, with a focus on traditional Balinese and Thai massages alongside therapeutic options infused with local touches. Three tranquil treatment rooms, each equipped with a private steam room and Jacuzzi, offer a haven of relaxation, complemented by a dedicated manicure and pedicure room. A state-of-the-art gym caters to fitness enthusiasts, ensuring a healthy routine is seamlessly maintained. Young guests will be entertained at the dedicated indoor kids’ club, and babysitting services provide peace of mind for parents.

Round Hill Hotel & Villas

Jamaica’s Round Hill Hotel & Villas has debuted its most prestigious accommodation yet: the all-new Villa 14. This expansive villa actually comprises of three distinct villas and a dedicated staff building. There’s a Main House that spans 4,800 square feet over two stories, while One Bedroom South offers 2,000 square feet across two levels, and Tree House, a three-story haven, covers 2,650 square feet. Each villa features high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors, and stunning views of the ocean and lush jungle.

Guests of Villa 14 will enjoy the dedicated services of a private kitchen staff, housekeeper, and gardener, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay. The resort also offers a wealth of amenities, including an onsite fitness trail, five tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and The Spa at Round Hill, featuring luxury Elemis brand aromatherapy products and treatments inspired by natural and indigenous elements.

Due to its exclusive nature, availability at Villa 14 is limited, offering a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Rates start at US$4,800 per night, plus taxes, and include daily breakfast prepared by a dedicated villa staff and butler service.

Casa Zamna

The adults-only Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club has launched Casa Zamna, a 21-room luxury addition with tropical or ocean views located at the nearby Zamna Beach Club.

Just 15 minutes away from the main property, Casa Zamna offers six room categories, including a Presidential Suite with a wraparound terrace, outdoor shower and private pool.

Meanwhile, Villa Zamna is an ideal option for clients looking to book a private five-bedroom villa with private chef and butler service along with all amenities of the Zamna Beach Club and Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club.

Park Hyatt New York

Located on Billionaire’s Row, Park Hyatt New York is ringing in its 10th anniversary with a multi-million-dollar investment. The renovation will see the debut of the opulent 3,500-square-foot Manhattan Suite on the top floor of the 25-story hotel, introduce the signature Rossano Ferretti salon and Spa Nalai in their new locations, and bring upgrades to the hotel’s premier specialty suites.

Situated in a private wing on the hotel’s top floor, the Manhattan Suit will boast the unique option to connect with two guestrooms, each featuring 140-square-foot balconies with stunning views of Central Park. Together, these spaces will form a luxurious three-bedroom wrap-around suite, featuring 3.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area with a dining table for eight, a fully stocked wet bar, a butler’s kitchen, and a private office. Floor-to-ceiling windows, nearly 18 feet in height, will reveal breathtaking views of the skyline and Central Park.
