Comment from the couple: “Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. The wedding planner from the resort, Caroly Cortes, was fabulous and took care of every detail. She was present the whole day to make sure all went according to plan. The flowers were breathtaking, more beautiful than the inspiration photos I had sent. All our events — the ceremony, cocktail and reception — took place on Arboleda beach. We had a Caribbean trio band perform during the cocktail hour as the sun set. For the reception, the guest tables and head table surrounded the dance floor with string lights hanging overhead. We used personalized wooden coasters as name cards, which also doubled as guest favours (from Brightime Etsy shop located in Calgary, Alberta). The DJ, Zach Scmidt, kept everyone dancing all night. After the dinner, as a surprise to our guest, we had a group of three performers put on a fire show, which was a big hit with our guests. We highly recommend a destination wedding to all couples considering it, as we got to spend an entire week with our family and friends in a picturesque tropical wedding. I still catch myself daydreaming about our wedding day.”
