Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos

For clients looking to experience the ultra luxe life, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is taking reservations for the Private Retreats collection located within an exclusive resort community.

Spread over 1,500 acres, the property features 3.2 kilometres of swimmable beachfront and Four Seasons’ first-ever private marina on the Sea of Cortez along the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains.

The Los Cabos Private Retreats collection offers two to six-bedroom contemporary residences. The collection offers a wide array of accommodations for up to 18 guests, each with private pools and expansive indoor-outdoor entertainment space.

All Private Retreats include access to a personalized butler, a private chef upon request and Four Seasons MANDIL program, which provides guests with fresh and local recipe boxes for dishes such as guacamole and Zarandeado fish. Prices range from US$2,500-50,000 per night.

Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas

With an already secluded location on Le Chaland Beach, Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas has debuted new two- and four-bedroom villas complete with private pools. The Two-Bedroom Pool Villas offer direct water access and the 3,552 sq. foot Four-Bedroom Pool Villas can comfortably accommodate even the largest multi-generational families. In total there are eight new luxury pool villas, two with two bedrooms and six featuring four bedrooms.

The living area comes with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an open-air dining space. Meanwhile, the bathroom has a powerful rainfall shower and a soaking bathtub. The new villas come with exclusive amenities, including in-villa check-in, and private butler services like organizing a private breakfast on a nearby island and cultural tours of Mahébourg, the country’s first capital. Guests can also enjoy poolside meals with a private chef as well as in-villa wellness experiences ranging from yoga and meditation to tai chi and guided stretching.

The resort also has a Turkish hammam and a 98 foot swimming pool.

Villa stays start at US$960 per night on bed and breakfast basis. Le Chaland Beach is a 10-minute drive from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.

The St. Regis Kanai

If Mexico is calling upscale clients, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, has debuted The St. Regis Kanai Resort, Riviera Maya. The property features 124 guestrooms and 19 suites with ocean views and a private terrace or plunge pool, including a 2,300 sq. ft. Presidential Suite.

The avant-garde architecture of St. Regis Kanai Resort is inspired by the neighbouring 620-acre nature reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Sian Ka’an Reserve. The spacious guestrooms feature custom hanging mirrors, bedside tables, ceramic light pendants, and intricate walnut wood-carved headboards. Guests of all room categories will also have access to the St. Regis Signature Butler Service.

The resort is a short drive from both Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, making it easy to explore nearby natural parks, cenotes, and archaeological sites.

Hilton Monterrey

Hilton Monterrey, located in the business and financial district of Nuevo León, Mexico, is now open and ready to welcome clients. The newly built 225-room hotel features a farm-to-table restaurant, a rooftop bar and 12,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces.

Hilton Monterrey is located 23 miles from Mariano Escobedo International Airport and is connected to Galerías Valle Oriente Mall. Monterrey lies north of the Sierra Madre Oriental Mountain range. Nearby attractions include the Mexican History Museum, Paseo Santa Lucía, the Museum of Contemporary Art and Fundidora Park.

Guestrooms are designed to reflect the area’s natural landscape, with unobstructed city skyline views or mountain views, paired with amenities such as a rainfall shower, ample closet space and a dedicated work desk.

Villa Lena

Villa Lena, an agriturismo hotel and artists residency in rural Tuscany, has just reopened for the season. Situated within the province of Pisa, set in 500 hectares of woodland, olive groves and vineyards, Villa Lena has launched a selection of new offerings this year, including new signature creative retreats ranging from Renaissance flower painting to natural perfumery making.

Another new offering is Open Days at The Villa Lena Foundation, where curators, collectors, arts professionals and guests of the hotel are invited to visit the studios, share a meal and listen to talks.

The property features 74 rooms and villas, ranging from boutique hotel rooms to private villas.
