The opening of the 532-key NH Collection Dubai The Palm represents the debut of the NH Collection brand in the Middle East. The new-build hotel is located shoreside on the renowned Palm Jumeirah, with direct access to West Palm Beach and stand out views across the Dubai skyline. The property features 226 hotel guest rooms and suites in addition to 306 studios and apartments across 11 room categories. Notably, NH Collection Dubai The Palm features a temperature-controlled rooftop infinity pool with unforgettable city views.
Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, is ushering in a new era of spa and wellness offerings with the refreshed Tierra Luna Spa and Sol Garden. The updated spa features a host of innovative treatments like a state-of-the-art, standalone SALT Chamber. Complementing the spa’s distinct treatment menu, Tierra Luna Spa and Sol Garden’s transformative outdoor space is set amidst ethereal mountain views and ocotillo coves, and is outfitted with a cold plunge pool, hot tub, rain shower, and a wellness bar serving immune-boosting cocktails and zero-proof refreshments.
Construction work is well underway on the 28-floor building that will house the future hotel Riu Plaza Chicago, which will feature great lookout spots of the city from different vantage points like a sky bar on the 26th floor. Another stand out feature is a glass balcony platform that hangs 88 metres above the ground where visitors will be able to enjoy city views beneath their feet.
Set to open in 2024, the 390 room property will be located near the shopping zone known as the Magnificent Mile and close to the famous Navy Pier, with the Chicago River to the south and Lake Michigan to the east.
St. Louis-bound clients can now check into The Pennywell Hotel, a new hotel housed in a late 19th-century bank. The boutique property is situated near the city’s top attractions including the Gateway Arch, America’s Centre and Cardinals games at Busch Stadium. Guests of The Pennywell have access to a state-of-the-art fitness centre, contemporary co-working spaces and The Pennydrop Bar + Kitchen, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on shareable plates. The original 1888 vault doors from the former Merchants-Laclede National Bank are incorporated into the new design.
