A look at what’s new at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana

Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana held a grand reopening celebration — both in person and virtually — on Nov. 5 following a US$36 million renovation.

With the addition of 90 new suites, the property now features 639 rooms, including elevated Junior and Master Suites featuring private pool access, marble floors, hydro tubs and updated décor.

The transformation saw the addition of a new relaxing Preferred Club lazy river with swim-up bar, with a connecting infinity pool.

There are two new bars, bringing the total to 11, and a new restaurant — El Patio — serving gourmet Mexican cuisine.

Located on over 700 yards of a palm-studded white sand beach, the property has implemented the CleanComplete Verification safety and hygiene standards.
